Reviewing & publishing: the draft → post flow
How a draft becomes a live post — through your review and a manual confirm. Nothing skips the gate.
Every piece of work moves through the same safe chain: an agent creates a Draft, you review it, you queue the ones you approve, and you confirm the actual publish. A person is always the last step before anything reaches a channel.
The flow
- 1Review drafts in the Draft Pack — approve, edit, or reject.
- 2Queue an approved post to the Publishing Queue.
- 3In the queue, open Post Now on a queued item.
- 4Read the preview and character count, then click Confirm and post.
Why the gate exists
The approval gate isn't a limitation to work around — it's the reason the automation is safe to run all day. No cron job, routine, or agent can reach the live-post step; only you can.
