Connect a social account (X, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Connect an owned channel so approved drafts can be posted — securely, with a human confirming every post.
To publish (not just draft), a workspace needs at least one connected account. Connecting uses each platform's official login screen — we never see your password, and tokens are encrypted at rest.
Steps
- 1Open a workspace and go to Connections.
- 2Click Connect next to the platform (X, Facebook Page, or LinkedIn).
- 3Complete that platform's login/consent screen.
- 4Confirm the row shows a “connected” badge.
Per-platform notes
X (Twitter): connect your account and authorize posting. Facebook: this is Page posting, not personal-profile — you must be an admin of the Page. LinkedIn: this posts to a Company Page; the posting product may require LinkedIn's review before it's fully enabled.
Connecting posts nothing. It only grants the ability to post later, after you approve a specific draft.
